House Rules

• No smoking please
• Quiet Hours 10pm-8am
• No wild parties
• Over night guests strictly limited to 4
• All guests swim at their own risk
• Violations of these rules will result in forfeit of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately to discuss cancellation policy.

We are very quick to respond to your calls – so you can catch a good airline discount fast. We understand. Just please do not book the flight first. There are travel times from the airport to the condo to consider and certain connections do not operate all the time. We can advise you and save you lots of time. Just call us first at 970-682-5500. *Regarding Handicap Accessibility: It does not meet ADA laws and there is a small 2 inch step to overcome when entering the condo. All is on one floor, no stairs.

**Our condo vacation rates depend on the season (dry or rainy) and the timing of holidays, which are slightly more. It’s best to see our rates in the to determine the proper Condo Rent Rate for the dates you need. If you choose to rent the condo, then go off exploring (like hours away, for instance) and want to return to finish out your stay at La Carolina Condo No. 5, we can give you a special rate so you are not paying for time you are away having an adventure!
