There are different seasonal rates to rent La Carolina Condo depending on the season and the holiday schedule in Costa Rica. In general, high season in Costa Rica is from November – May and low season is from May to November.

Please note: Holiday, Rates are higher during these time frames. The rates change each year.

Thanksgiving

Spring Break

Christmas

New Year’s

All other dates not listed are at our regular one day rate of $170 per night.

When you initially book our condo a 50% Deposit fee is required.
